YWAM for short, is one of the largest non-profit organization in all of the world. Since I graduated from their required school called a DTS I will now be able to apply for any other type of school or staff with them.
YWAM for short, is one of the largest non-profit organization in all of the world. Since I graduated from their required school called a DTS I will now be able to apply for any other type of school or staff with them.
In September I will be staffing a DTS school called "Engage" http://www.uofnkona.edu/training/engage
in Kona Hawaii at the "University of the Nations" campus.
What I will be doing as a staff member is I will take a 3 month course from September to December called "Leadership Track" where they will teach me how to disciple, teach and mentor the students to have greater intimacy and understanding with God. Then from January when the school starts to April I will put all I learned into practice and to really serve and disciple all the students. I will learn how to lead out a team of students for 2 and a half months from April to June to disciple, teach, encourage, love and push them out of their comfort zones.
I see this as my vision for this season:
ACTS 2:42-47
"And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. And all who believed were together and had all things in common. And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. And day by day attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God... And The Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved."

There are some ways you can come on this journey with me and the first one is Prayer.

Also financial support. YWAM from the founders to the students all are volunteers and on support. I see this as my job and my way of life. I am praying and looking for people who will support me monthly.
